In most cases, you will want the Registrant and Administrative Contact for your domain to be set to your name or the name of your business.
The email address for the
Administrative Contact should be set to an email account that you have exclusive access to.
To make changes to your domain registration Information you will need to login to your domain account. If you don't have the login information, you can contact your Registrar or reseller and ask them to give you the login information.
We strongly recommend using a top level registrar such as Name.com instead of using a reseller for the following reasons...
A reseller will almost always charge more than a top level registrar, for the same services.
In many cases a reseller will give you limited control over your domain settings.
A poorly managed reseller can cause you to lose your domain name.
If you have already registered via a reseller, you should consider transferring your domain account to a top level registrar.
To eliminate the possibility of losing your domain name due to a missed registration payment, we recommend that you register your domain name for the maximum allowable time (10 years for example).
