When you receive a website proposal from HealthHaven.com that references this page, the following terms apply where applicable...
Under this agreement, you retain full ownership rights to your domain name and your website content at all times.
For each website project, HealthHaven.com shall provide you with a Project Manager who is repsonsible for making sure that your project is a success. As the client, you agree to assign a single individual to act as your Project Lead. To achieve the best possible results, your Project Lead should be the only person authorized by you to send requests and information to your Project Manager. If you need to change your Project Lead, you can do so by sending an email to your Project Manager.
For projects that involve the transfer of a website and/or email accounts, your Project Manager shall use techniques that typically result in ZERO DOWNTIME for both your website and email accounts. If you have specific or unique concerns about this topic, please notify your Project Manager.
For projects that involve the migration of an existing email postoffice with multiple users, the email migration process may involve additional fees depending on a variety of factors. In most cases this fee can be avoided. Please ask for details.
Where applicable, Domain Name System (DNS) service is included. To benefit from this service, you will need to change the Name Servers for your domain. Upon request, your Project Manager can make this change for you.
In nearly all cases, you will NOT need to change the Registrar for your domain.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the Development Phase for a given project will be completed within the first two (2) weeks. You may extend your Development Phase by an additional two (2) weeks by submitting a request via email. Your Project Manager reserves the right to extend the development phase if factors outside his/her control require such action.
Your Project Manager is responsible for making sure that your project is completed on time. During development, your Project Manager may request information or items that are required for optimal results. You agree to provide access to these items in a timely manner to the best of your ability. If you are having difficulty responding to a given request you agree to notify your Project Manager as soon as possible. Development work shall be completed at the discretion of your Project Manager.
The Project Management Phase begins upon completion of the Development Phase.
Service options for your Website and Email System include the following...
Free Option (Live Support): Included in your plan is up to 30 minutes per month in live support by phone or Skype. During this time we can help you accomplish a variety of tasks at your request or our suggestion. At present, this option is limited to one support call per month. To take full advantage of this option, we suggest creating a list of things that you wish to accomplish before calling. It is also important to have available at the time of your call any and all content (images, videos, text, etc.) that may be needed to complete a given task.
Free Option (Self Service): Using the Admin Tools™ content management system and development platform, you can quickly and easily manage your website content and website features. Your plan also includes administrative control over your email postoffice. Help menus and/or tutorials are available for each screen. Upon request, your Project Manager can provide a brief description of how a given task can be completed.
Paid Option: For a fee of just $1 per minute, you can send us a request to complete a given task for you. We can complete many tasks the same day or the next day. There is a $10 minimum per request. Estimates are available upon request.
Paid Option (Walk-through): For a fee of just $1 per minute, we can walk you through editorial changes or other tasks that you wish to complete. This option has the added benefit of showing you how to complete similar tasks in the future. There is a $10 minimum per request.
This proposal includes a 20% discount in exchange for you allowing HealthHaven.com to place a small text link at the bottom of your web pages. The appearance of the link can be customized. If you decide to remove the link, we reserve the right to rescind this discount on a pro-rated basis.
Adding an additional website to an existing account may require an extension of your agreement or may require additional fees. Please ask for details.
Converting offline forms into online forms, may involve additional fees. Please ask for details.
Additional services beyond those specified in your agreement such as Custom Programming, Advanced Graphic Design, API Integration, Custom Database Design, Database Hosting, and other advanced services are available upon request for an additional fee.
Assistance with your office or personal computers or other electronic devices is beyond the scope of this agreement. Please contact a local support professional if necessary.
After the expiration of your pre-paid service period (if any), HealthHaven.com will provide service on a month to month basis and will bill you at the end of each month. You may cancel service at anytime via email providing 30 days notice.
Services rendered under this agreement including pre-paid services and/or deposits are non-refundable.
If you decide to purchase a website template(s), stock image(s) or other third party assets, you understand and agree that the cost of such purchases are separate from this agreement.
For your protection, HealthHaven.com closely monitors the performance levels of its servers. You agree not to engage in any activity that might negatively affect the performance of or otherwise jeopardize the servers that host your website and/or email. This responsibility extends to anyone who is acting on your behalf. If you are unsure how a given activity might affect the servers, you agree to contact HealthHaven.com before proceeding.
You acknowledge that you have read the HealthHaven.com service warranty and agree to its terms.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, custom proposals are valid for 30 days.
