If you have paid HealthHaven.com for a service and are unsatisfied with the results, we ask that you send us a description of your issue via email within 90 days of the original transaction date. In addition to the email, you are also welcome to contact us by telephone. Upon receipt of your issue and exploration of its details, we will contact you to offer a proposed solution. If you are unsatisfied with the proposed solution or the delivery thereof, we may decide (at our discretion) to issue you a credit or a refund, either in part or in full.
