If you have paid HealthHaven.com for a service and are unsatisfied with the results, we ask that you send us a description of your issue via email within 90 days of the original transaction date. In addition to the email, you are also welcome to contact us by telephone. Upon receipt of your issue and exploration of its details, we will contact you to offer a proposed solution. If you are unsatisfied with the proposed solution or the delivery thereof, we may decide (at our discretion) to issue you a credit or a refund, either in part or in full.

We are obligated to issue a refund under the following conditions only: If you have ordered a physical product directly from us and that product for some reason was not shipped to you within a reasonable time or was returned to us in its original condition within 30 days.
